Diademed and draped bust of Mithradates III to left, wearing tiara decorated with nine-rayed star. Rev. Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow. Sellwood 28.1 var. (eight-rayed star). Shore 95 var. (eight-rayed star). Sunrise 296 var. (eight-rayed star). A very rare variety. Harshly cleaned, otherwise, about extremely fine.
